Please note, if you operate under a trade name or you are a sole trader limited company you will need to contact us directly for a quote. You will not be able to proceed with a quote online.
All options below can include cover for any additional low or medium risk health and wellbeing activities/therapies, providing you are suitably qualified to perform these.
Option 1
You require cover for work you are contracted to, for The OT Practice only. For this option to apply, you must confirm that all work in private practice is under contract with The OT Practice.
Premiums start from £55.32 for a limit of indemnity of £10,000,000.

Option 2
You require cover for work you are contracted to, for The OT Practice. You also require cover for other work in private practice to an annual turnover of up to £15,000.
For this option to apply, Balens will insure all work you are contracted to The OT Practice to perform and any other OT/CM work you undertake in private practice.
Premiums start from £288.95 for a limit of indemnity of £10,000,000.

Option 3
You require cover for work you are contracted to for The OT Practice. You also need cover for other work in private practice to an annual turnover of over £15,000. For this option to apply, Balens will insure all work you are contracted to The OT Practice to perform and any other OT/CM work you undertake in private practice.
Premiums start from £484.95 for a limit of indemnity of £10,000,000.
