Terms and Conditions

By entering our 75th Anniversary giveaway you are agreeing to the following terms:

  1. By entering the competition, you consent to entering Balens’s prize draw to win one of two £75 Totally Well vouchers.
  2. Entry into the prize draw closes at midnight on Sunday, July 20th 2025.
  3. One entry per person. Entries may not be made on behalf of someone else.
  4. Prize draw is only available to UK residents aged 18 and over.
  5. Prize draw is not open to employees of Balens Insurance Finance Services Ltd (BIFS) or any other part of PIB Group Limited, their families or anyone associated with this draw.
  6. One winner will be chosen at random on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025.
  7. The winner will be contacted within 7 days via their Facebook profile messaging service.
  8. If Balens have not been able to make contact within 14 days, another winner will be chosen at random.
  9. Balens take no responsibility for lost or delayed entries.
  10. There is one prize of a £75 Voucher Totally Well voucher per winner. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  11. Balens will use any personal data you provide to manage this competition. By providing contact details you consent to be contacted by us (in line with our Privacy Notice).
  12. Our decision is final, and no further communication will be entered into around the results of the competition.
  13. We retain the right to substitute the prize for one of similar value (if applicable) or cancel the terms of the prize at any time.
  14. All winners or contestants’ consent to their favourite wellness activity comment being used for publicity purposes and in our future marketing materials for Balens Insurance Finance Services Ltd (BIFS). This may include use on our social media or website. If you wish to opt out, you can email social@balens.co.uk.
  15. The competition is governed by English Law.
  16. Your entry must be in line with the rules.
