Balens have facilitated all customer care staff to work from home where possible. Due to the current coronavirus outbreak we are receiving an increased number of customer queries. We are doing our upmost to ensure we answer these in a timely and efficient manner. To allow our teams to continue to support our policyholders throughout this time we have made the decision to reduce the phoneline opening hours to 11.00AM to 4.00PM Monday to Friday with the exception of Thursday’s where the lines will be closed.
