The latest Government announcement regarding a new national lockdown will cause real concern amongst many of our valued customers.  Balens Ltd wish to reassure our clients, that we are doing everything possible to support our clients at this time. We regularly review our stance and would like to highlight the following:

  • Our phone lines are now open for more hours during the week - 9.30am to 4.30 pm, Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
    We would however reiterate that emailing your enquiry in the first instance, may be the most effective way of obtaining a response to any query you may have.
  • The dedicated email inboxes will continue to be operational and will allow you to contact the team, should you wish to obtain clarification on any issue not covered within our previous website articles:

  • We would like to reiterate that interest free direct debit facilities continue to be available, where appropriate. For customers with an Affinities policy please check your renewal pack for information on the options available to you.
  • For customers with a Commercial policy, we are speaking to Insurers regarding cover enhancements (as we have previously done for unoccupied properties etc). Updates on this will be provided shortly.
  • Do keep us informed of your requirements for cover and your trading situation as we will be able to review your policy to ensure we provide the most suitable cover at the best premium.  Please review your policy documents and Terms of Business carefully, as they clarify the basis of cover, the service provided by Balens Ltd and options available to you as a valued customer.
